1. Belton’s Fourth of July Parade
The town of Belton is known throughout Texas for its extravagant Fourth of July parade. With a long history dating back to the mid-1800’s, the parade has been an annual celebration ever since 1919. The event features floats, bands, decorated bicycles, classic cars, and rodeo riders.

2. Fort Hood’s Independence Day Celebration
The Independence Day Celebration at Fort Hood is scheduled for 4pm at the Hood Stadium. This free and open-to-all event includes live entertainment, with Phillip Phillips headlining the festivities, children’s inflatables, salute to the nation ceremony, cart races and fireworks from 9:30 -10pm.
3. H-E-B All American 4th of July Family Fun Fest
The H-E-B All American 4th of July Family Fun Fest has long been a summertime tradition for citizens of Temple and other surrounding communities. The event, scheduled to take place at Miller Park and free of charge, will open at 4pm with splash pad, food vendors, and more. The opening ceremonies will commence at 6:30pm, and the H-E-B’s Fireworks Show to wrap everything up at 9:30pm. Come and join us for a might of music, fireworks, and relaxation!
